What is the cost to build a custom designed villa in the Las Acacias community?
The cost to build a custom designed villa will ultimately depend upon the villa plot, villa design, villa size, internal finishes and landscaping etc. A good guide is to follow the prices detailed below regarding the completed villas. However, you are not restricted to spend what ever you wish to budget for your villa project. Las Acacias villa designs must all comply with the La Manga Club design code. Basement construction is not included in the the permitted licenced m² and can therefore be regarded as bonus space that can be added to your overall villa design. For a new build villa and plot purchased as a complete new build project, allow around + 13% in order to cover iva, taxes, notary and legal charges.
